The Governor claimed that Musyoka's absence from the limelight pointed to a silent agreement with the October 26th election date, contrary to the National Super Alliance's (NASA) position.
He took to social media to state: "The silence of NASA Co-Principal Kalonzo Musyoka is very telling. He is sending a silent message in agreement to the Oct 26th elections."

NASA had announced that Mr Musyoka was attending to business in Germany and would be back soon.
He addressed recent NASA rallies in Kisumu and Kisii via phone links where he maintained his support for the coalition's declaration that there will be no election on October 26th.
The former Vice President and the Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC) Party leader have clashed on various occasions. Governor Mutua has for some time pledged his support for President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election bid.
