POLICE FINALLY FORCE THEIR WAY INTO NASA TYCOON JIMMY WANJIGI'S HOME ... WATCH VIDEO

There was heavy police presence at Nairobi businessman Jimmy Wanjigi's home in Muthaiga on Tuesday morning as officers arrived carrying a variety of tools including sledgehammers.

They managed to break into the house as they sought to arrest Wanjigi after guns and bullets were seized at a house in Malindi linked to the billionaire.

Reports also indicated that his offices in Westlands area were raided on Tuesday morning.

Politicians allied to the National Super Alliance (NASA) read politics into the raid and believe the businessman is being targeted due to his links with NASA leader Raila Odinga.

Siaya Senator James Orengo, former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed visited the home where they termed the police action as illegal.

“This illegal activity was undertaken because he is associated with NASA,” stated Mr Orengo.
