DP RUTO SPEAKS ON RAILA ODINGA'S OCTOBER 26TH MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT

Deputy President William Ruto has declared Opposition leader Raila Odinga's highly anticipated announcement on Wednesday as inconsequential and urged Kenyans to turn out and vote on Thursday, October 26th.

Addressing vernacular radio stations on Monday, he stated that Mr Odinga had no business speaking on the Presidential election as he had already announced his withdrawal from the race.

The Jubilee Deputy Party leader further noted that they were not interested in engaging in dialogue of any kind with the National Super Alliance (NASA).

DP Ruto stated: “We have nothing to debate or discuss with our competitors. We are anticipating to hear God’s voice through the electorate’s decision on Election Day.”

The Deputy President also announced that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) should be left to carry out its mandate without interference.
