THE STRANGE AND BIZARRE LIFE OF EMBAKASI EAST MP BABU OWINO ... EVEN THE POLICE FOUND IT HARD TO ARREST HIM
According to court proceedings on Tuesday, September 26, officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations had a difficult time locating the first time MP in several of his properties.
It is reported that the officers had to look in 7 houses in which Babu Owino calls home in Nairobi.
It took 10 DCI officers using technology to trace the first time Parliamentarian to downtown CBD in Nairobi where he was apprehended and taken to the Kiambu headquarters.
A judge heard that Owino has no permanent home.
Babu was arrested after making explosive statements about the Kenyatta family when he allegedly claimed that Uhuru Kenyatta is a puppy (mtoto wa mbwa).
