"I KNEW IT", CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL ANALYST MUTAHI NGUNYI REACTS TO SUPREME COURTS DECISION ON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

“I have said in the past that our Constitutions are only made in a time of crisis. If made in the absence of a crisis, they will precipitate a crisis.

“Put differently, our Constitution was not made in time of crisis and as a result, it will precipitate a crisis. That if we follow the rigid timelines of this Constitution after August 8, we will have a crisis,”
Ngunyi had predicted.

Ngunyi had urged President Kenyatta to consider amending the Constitution, in the case that he was sworn in and adopt a Constitutional consensus that would co-opt the National Super Alliance (NASA) into government.

“If Uhuru wins decisively, he must return to the Constitutional consensus of 2007. That’s the only way to unite the country.

“He must abandon the Ferrari presidency and invite NASA into government but as he does so, he must leave Raila Odinga out of it,” Ngunyi recommended.

Here is the video of his assessment.
