....director Immaculate Kasait, the Commissioner in charge of the Commission's ICT Abdi Yakub, Betty Nyabuto the head of operations, John Muhati of IT and Praxedes Tororey who leads the legal department. 

Mr Odinga accused the officers of colluding with individuals who accessed the IEBC system and manipulated the results of the August polls. 

He declared that he would not participate in the repeat election unless changes are made in the electoral body including replacing the Commissioners. 

The former Prime Minister urged the six officers to resign for what he termed perpetuating monumental crimes against the people of Kenya.
