HASSAN OMAR TELLS PRESIDENT UHURU WHAT TO DO TO RAILA'S SUPPORTERS AFTER THEY BOYCOTTED THE ELECTIONS
Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar has asked President Uhuru Kenyatta not to discriminate against supporters of National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga.
Speaking after voting in Mombasa, the Senator stated that it was the democratic right of the voters to boycott elections and they should not be victimised for that.
He added that despite the destruction of property, Kenyatta should embrace them and give them jobs to build the country.
Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar "We respect Raila's supporters who did not want to be part of this process.
"We should listen to their cries but when the new government takes over they should be treated equally despite boycotting polls.
"Bringing down walls is easier than rebuilding. They should be given jobs to rebuild the country according to their respective qualifications," stated Omar.
