He also questioned the involvement of Dubai-based printing firm Al Ghurair, alleging that the company was on standby waiting to print ballot papers and forms for the fresh polls.
The leaders claimed Al Ghurair is synonymous with rigged elections in many African countries.
Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka also cited a case where Safran was found guilty of paying bribes to secure a contract in Nigeria as 'confirming their case'.
The leaders were headed to a rally at Jacaranda Grounds in Embakasi, Nairobi after the press conference. The electoral body has announced a joint meeting with Jubilee and NASA teams this week.
