Slain IEBC ICT boss, Chris Msando, has started haunting some of his colleagues at the electoral body.

According to sources from Anniversary Towers, there was drama after some ICT staff started screaming in the presence of Chebukati and Chiloba during a closed door meeting claiming that they were seeing Msando’s ghost. 

Msando was murdered and his body dumped days before elections. 

It’s believed that he was killed after he refused to be compromised.
