RAILA ODINGA AND PRESIDENT UHURU finally MEET FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS WERE NULLIFIED ....
The Head of State and the former Prime Minister shared a platform at the burial of former Nairobi Mayor Samuel Mbugua, father of former Nairobi Woman Representative Rachel Shebesh.
The burial was held at the late mayor's Marion Farm House home in Kiambu.
Mr Odinga was attending the funeral courtesy of his close relationship with the family. The former prime minister worked with the late Mr Mbugua in the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and also nominated Mbugua's daughter, Shebesh, to the National Assembly in 2008.
Shebesh's father died on Wednesday while receiving treatment at the Aga Khan hospital. He previously served as mayor of Nairobi between 1998 and 1999.
