The group further argued that though the decision of the Court dealt with the presidential election, the violations or non-compliance with the law identified by the judges should also apply to the other elections.
Earlier in the week, the National Super Alliance (NASA) legal team stated that it was compiling a list of more than 1,000 IEBC officials which it would avail to the DPP for them to be prosecuted.
