In Galole, the form had no watermark in addition to having no space for agents to sign while in Bura the R.O typed the agents’ names instead of having them handwritten and signed.

Forms from Voi and Garissa Township constituencies had no serial numbers while in Lagdera and Dadaab, the names of the constituencies were missing from the forms.
The R.O in Wajir West did not sign the form while in Wajir East, the forms were printed on an A4 paper.
